1. Introduction

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active wen786 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact wen786 support immediately to resolve the situation before any penalties are applied.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your wen786 account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your registered Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your wen786 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wen786 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any communication asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to wen786 support immediately.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your wen786 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wen786 support immediately. wen786 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials, shared their credentials with a third party, or delayed reporting the suspected breach.

3.3 Account Currency

All wen786 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion. All deposits, game stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, and withdrawal figures displayed in your account are in PKR.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically reflect in your wen786 account within three minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two banking hours. wen786 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within two hours of approval, excluding cases where additional KYC verification is required. wen786 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals exceeding 500,000 PKR. Minimum withdrawal amount is 2,000 PKR.

4.4 Source of Funds

wen786 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds used to make deposits. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Funds derived from illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the wen786 platform.

5. Games & Betting

5.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on wen786 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or provably fair algorithms as applicable. Game outcomes are not influenced by wen786 after a round begins. Crash game results, including Aviator by Spribe, are generated using verifiable cryptographic seeds.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on wen786. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface before you place a wager. wen786 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

In the event of an abandoned or voided event, bets are settled in accordance with those rules.

5.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, wen786 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player's account. wen786 does not honour payouts that result from an obvious software error, miscalculation, or technical fault.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by wen786 are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) is displayed at the point of bonus acceptance. You must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times using real-money stakes.

6.2 Bonus Validity

Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated in the individual bonus terms (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from the account automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic low-risk hedging, collusion with other accounts, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or any other strategy deemed abusive by wen786 will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of bonus funds, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6.4 Promotional Changes

wen786 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via account notification or the wen786 promotions page. wen786 is not liable for any loss resulting from a promotion being modified or withdrawn.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the wen786 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing another player's account without authorisation
• Exploiting known software bugs or vulnerabilities without immediately reporting them to wen786 support
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward wen786 staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to use your wen786 account

wen786 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited activity will be permanently suspended, all associated balances will be forfeited, and relevant information may be shared with law enforcement authorities as required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the wen786 platform, including but not limited to the wen786 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of wen786 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or otherwise exploit any wen786 intellectual property without the prior written consent of wen786. Unauthorised use of wen786 branding or platform content may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Responsible Gaming

wen786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time if:

• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information
• wen786 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or law enforcement instruction
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk of harm to the platform, other players, or third parties

13. Amendments to These Terms

Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or account notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with wen786 support, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Class action claims are not permitted under these Terms.
